Great podcast
As someone in the industry, it’s refreshing (& brilliant) to hear such open and heartfelt thoughts on feeling like an imposter. A must listen!
Essential listening for anyone working in TV
Love this podcast. We’re all imposters at one level or another. Great to hear people in the industry opening up about their struggles.
You've got this
Congratulations and thanks to Kimberly Godbolt and Rosie Turner for The Imposter Club. Not only have you created a timely, accessible podcast, which offers insights and encouragement, you have drawn together a community. Thank you for the hard work, skill and generosity that went into pulling this off. Many thanks too to all your wonderful guests for their bravery and honesty. Each and every one of you is an inspiration. By candidly sharing your own personal journeys and feelings, you demonstrate what it is to be human. And to all my fellow imposters, you've got this!
Top Drawer
A brilliant podcast lifting a very welcome lid on our otherwise opaque industry. Great stuff.
Great for anyone at any level to hear
I’m just starting out in my career and really struggle with self-doubt in an already tricky industry. It means the world to me to hear of successful people, not just experiencing similar things, but also finding ways to turn the volume down and make their own path. Keep at it!

Great guests and love their honesty - it's so refreshing and reassuring as we are all imposters in some way! Looking forward to series 2.
Brilliant!
What a great insight to the glamorous world of TV - with all the highs and lows thrown in for good measure. Loving your work Kimberly ❤️
Great industry podcast!

Loved it
A must listen to anyone in the industry or anyone thinking of getting in
At the heart of the creative matter!
Most people listen to reply, but Kimberly, in this podcast, listens to her guests to understand. This is a rare gift to sit with someone to feel understood. What I love about it is that we get to hear the heart of the guests, their journeys, the ups and downs of what it means to be creative and what matters to them and how they are making hard decisions behind the scenes not to lose their vision. I look forward to this podcast for inspiration for myself and for resilience, too; we all need other voices to help us to carry on.
Cracking the hard shell of tv
Great to see inside the hard shell of tv at the real lives going on behind the veneer of being brilliant all the time. Very healthy for us all to see some vulnerability in a notoriously judgemental business
A gift from God-bolt!
If you work in TV, want to work in TV, want to know what it’s like working in TV and at the same time understand that it’s all just real/normal/everyday people who make it, then listen to this podcast. Or film, branded entertainment, radio any creative industry…in fact any industry! All really good insight into how talented individuals work, operate, react and succeed. We are all human 🙌🏼. Thanks Kimberley.
A great listen
Well done Talented People and all the guests who’ve been so open & honest 👏🏻
Just what I needed to listen to right now !
Just listened to Ep1 with Olly Lambert - bloody brilliant. Olly was literally speaking my brain. This industry has a unique ability to make you constantly question yourself. Re-assuring to hear other people, especially such a brilliant film maker tackling the same demons. Tom Green.
Producer
Makes me feel less of a fraud! Thanks all at Talented People.
Great Show
Informative, insightful and often inspiring - shines much needed light on a less talked about aspect of our industry.
Honest and reflective
Having spent over 25 years impostering in telly myself, it’s so great hearing from other senior creatives about their own experiences. Makes me realise I’m not going mad. Please keep making these as it’s makes our industry needs a more honest space where mental health can be taken more seriously. And Kimberly is a natural.
Give it a listen!
An incredibly insightful, inspiring and relatable podcast, that’s so well put together. A must for anyone in or out of the industry, with plenty of universal themes anyone can relate to. Kimberly shines as the presenter, never shying away from the tough topics, approaching them with sensitivity and kindness. These are conversations that should be happening and need to be heard. 100% recommended. Well done Team Imposter!

So interesting to hear different perspectives and Kimberly’s a great Host!
Really insightful podcast series
I’ve only listened to three episodes but I’m hooked already! Can’t believe no one has done this before. Kimberly’s sincere, well informed interview style is powerful and refreshing and I’m looking forward to hearing where this series goes… So valuable to hear ‘real talk’ from the movers and shakers of our industry.
Great Idea, great podcast!
A really well delivered podcast, interesting and insightful. Kimberly is great at conducting very open and honest interviews with different TV industry professionals. A great listen for anyone, whether wanting to get into the industry or is deep into their career.
An honest look back through the lens at the TV industry
Not only is this a fascinating and very honest insight into the world of TV production, it’s brilliantly produced as well. I think The Imposter Club is a much needed spotlight, behind the scenes, and will help everyone understand more about the TV industry and the challenges some of us face - as well as some great insider goss too!
A timely telly podcast
There is so much value in this podcast for anyone in the telly industry at whatever stage you're at. More openess, transparency, inspiration and relatable stories are what's needed and this podcast delivers on that. Being in a start up and having slighlty slinked away from jobbing telly, hearing people from different areas of the industry talk about the notion of 'imposter syndrome' is really valuable to me. Well done Kimberly keep it up!
